Invoice Request
You can use this form to request an invoice to be raised for your organisation for the purchase of resources and workshop places.
Please complete the form below. You can also use this form if you would like to pay personally via bank transfer instead of PayPal (insert your details or the payee’s details under the ‘finance’ sections).
If you want to book workshop places for multiple teachers, please add the additional names in the ‘additional info’ box at the bottom.
